Maidavale SS is part of the Burdekin Small Schools Cluster and is located just 9km south-west of the centre of Ayr's township. Burdekin Small Schools actively combine to undertake, swimming and sporting carnivals, Maths, Arts, NAIDOC, Science, English learning days and camps and excursions engaging with experts in a variety of fields and different settings. Children learn to interact with others in a socially acceptable manner and create life-long memories.
